Section 16-8-3Special annual public meeting; notice. The county board of education shall hold a meeting each year for the purpose of giving the public an opportunity of presenting to the board matters relating to the allotment of public school funds or any other matter relating to the administration of the public schools of the county. The time and location of such meeting shall be determined by each local board of education and shall be given public notice.
