Meetings; per diem and expenses.

The Farmers' Market Authority shall meet on the call of the chairman. In case of absence of the chairman and vice-chairman, the members present shall elect a temporary chairman. The rules generally adopted by deliberative bodies shall be observed by the authority. No motion or resolution shall be adopted without the concurrence of a majority of the members of the authority. The appointive members of the authority shall receive a per diem of $50.00 per day, and their expenses incurred in attending meetings of the authority shall be paid as provided in Article 2 of Chapter 7 of Title 36; provided, that they shall draw such per diem for no more than 30 days in any fiscal year.
