Facilitating sale and exchange of products.

The Farmers' Market Authority is authorized and directed, when in its judgment it shall be advisable and necessary, to provide suitable means of communication between the Farmers' Market Authority and the farmers' market or markets established under this article so as to facilitate the sale and exchange of farm products and fish products of all kinds.
