Upon the conviction of such corporation, judgment shall be entered against it for the fine imposed, together with the costs of the prosecution, and execution thereon shall forthwith issue against the property of the corporation; and other executions may issue thereon until such judgment is satisfied. But in case of appeal from such judgment, the execution thereof may be stayed as in civil cases.
