REPEALED IN THE 2009 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2009-513, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2011. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.

An interest in a limited liability company is personal property.
