2006 Alabama Code - Section 11-51-155 — Bond to dissolve temporary injunctive relief - Effect of bond as security for judgment and costs finally determined against respondent.

The bond prescribed in Section 11-51-154 shall stand as security for any judgment and costs finally determined against the respondent, except in instances where the liability thereon is relieved by and attaches to a supersedeas bond as provided in this division.
