2006 Alabama Code - Section 35-4-254 — Responsibility of payor for payment made to trustee.

In all cases in which a payment has been or may be made to a trustee authorized to receive the same, the person making such payment is not responsible for its application according to the trust, nor can any right or title derived from such trustee, in consideration of such payment, be impeached on account of any misapplication of the same, unless it be made to appear that the person making such payment colluded with the trustee, or knew of his intention to waste or mismanage the funds.
