2006 Alabama Code - Section 35-4-252 — Term of trust for accumulation.

No trust of estates for the purpose of accumulation only can have any force or effect for a longer term than 10 years, unless when for the benefit of a minor in being at the date of conveyance, or if by will, at the death of the testator; in which case the trust may extend to the termination of such minority.
