2006 Alabama Code - Section 34-22-84 — Maintenance of records.

Any licensee licensed pursuant to this article shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations governing the maintenance of patient records, including patient confidentially requirements, regardless of the state where the records of any patient within this state are maintained.
