2006 Alabama Code - Section 32-6-361 — Proceeds.
The proceeds of the additional revenues generated by the fee for the "Fraternal Order of Police" tags and plates shall be distributed as follows:
(1) Ten dollars ($10) shall be deposited in the State General Fund.
(2) Ten dollars ($10) shall be distributed monthly by the Department of Revenue or other appropriate official to the Alabama State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police, Inc.
