2006 Alabama Code - Section 2-5-17 — Local appropriations authorized.
The county commission of any county and the governing body of any municipality are hereby authorized to make such appropriations as may, in their discretion, be deemed necessary or proper to assist in the establishment of farmers' markets under the provisions of this article.
