M.M. appeals a juvenile court disposition finding him guilty of unlawful possession of a dangerous weapon, i.e. metal knuckles. M.M. contends, and the State concedes, that the metal knuckles should have been suppressed because police seized him without an individualized suspicion of criminal activity. See State v. Martinez, 135 Wn. App. 174, 143 P.3d 855 (2006) (seizure must be supported by particularized suspicion and substantial possibility of criminal activity). We accept the concession, reverse the disposition, and remand with directions to dismiss the charge. For the court:
