Before Judges Jackson, Bench, and Orme.
PER CURIAM:
This case is before the court on a sua sponte motion for summary dismissal for lack of jurisdiction. The juvenile court entered its adjudication order on June 28, 2001. The notice of appeal was date stamped as filed with the juvenile court clerk on August 9, 2001, more than thirty days after entry of the order being appealed. See Utah R. App. P. 4(a) (requiring notice of appeal to be filed within thirty days of entry of order being appealed). This court is bound by the date stamped on the notice of appeal transmitted to this court from the trial court. See State ex rel. M.S., 781 P.2d 1287, 1288 (Utah Ct. App. 1989).
The notice of appeal was untimely and did not confer jurisdiction on this court to consider the appeal.
We must therefore dismiss
the appeal.
