MEMORANDUM DECISION
(Not For Official Publication)

Case No. 20000582-CA

F I L E D
2000 UT App 366
-----

Third District, Salt Lake Department
Honorable Homer F. Wilkinson

Attorneys:
Charles Watkins, Draper, Appellant Pro Se
Jan Graham and Erin Riley, Salt Lake City, for Appellee

-----

Before Judges Greenwood, Davis, and Thorne.

PER CURIAM:

The court moved sua sponte for summary disposition on the ground that the issues presented are so insubstantial as not to merit further proceedings and consideration by this court. The motion provided that failure to respond could result in dismissal of the appeal.

Defendant did not respond to the motion. In addition, we find the claims raised in his petition for post-conviction relief are either successive or entirely lacking in merit. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
