Huggler was ordered to appear before this court at 10:00 a.m. on March 19, 2012, prepared to show cause to this Court why he should not be held in contempt for failing to obey this Court s orders of January 23, 2012. Huggler presented the subject briefs to this Court for filing on March 9, 2012, and March 13, 2012, respectively. He then appeared in person and with counsel of record at 10:00 a.m. on March 19, 2012 as ordered. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court found Huggler in contempt for violating the January 23, 2012 orders. As punishment, the Court assessed a fine of $500.00, being $250.00 for each violation, payable to the Clerk of the Twelfth Court of Appeals on or before April 18, 2012, at 12:00 noon. Huggler s briefs were then filed as presented. Huggler has timely paid the fine assessed. Because Huggler has purged himself of his contempt, these original proceedings are dismissed.
