That opinion directed Respondent to (1) vacate his order denying Relators motion for reconsideration of their motions for severance and transfer of venue and (2) issue an order granting Relators motion for reconsideration, severing Richard Sharp s claim against Texas Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company (formerly against Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company), and transferring Sharp s claims against Relators to Tarrant County. Respondent has complied with our order and opinion of May 16, 2012. All issues attendant to this original proceeding having been disposed of, this mandamus proceeding has now been rendered moot; therefore, the writ need not issue.
