LAMBETH, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant Progressive County Mutual Insurance Company has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal. In the motion, appellant represents that “the parties have reached a full and final compromise such that all matters relating to the lawsuit and this appeal are fully and finally resolved and released by agreement.” Appellant further represents that the parties have “agreed to suffer their respectively incurred costs and expenses, if any, concerning this appeal.” No response in opposition to this motion has been filed.
