TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN NO. 03-16-00566-CV Alison Michels Lawrence, Appellant v. Brian Craig Garsson, Appellee FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, 53RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT NO. D-1-FM-13-005833, HONORABLE AMY CLARK MEACHUM, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant filed her notice of appeal on July 11, 2016. The clerk’s record was filed on September 6, 2016, and a supplemental clerk’s record was filed on November 17. On October 19 we sent appellant notice that the reporter’s record was overdue, informing appellant that if a response or the reporter’s record was not received by October 31, the Court would consider the appeal without the reporter’s record. On December 9, we sent appellant notice that her brief was overdue, asking for a response no later than December 19. To date, appellant has not responded to these notices or communicated with the Court in any way. We therefore dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b). __________________________________________ David Puryear, Justice Before Justices Puryear, Pemberton, and Goodwin Dismissed for Want of Prosecution Filed: January 19, 2017 2
