D-1-FM-16-003566, HONORABLE SUZANNE COVINGTON, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION PER CURIAM We previously abated this appeal to allow a related suit affecting the parent-child relationship (SAPCR) to proceed to final judgment, the outcome of which might render this appeal moot. On appellant’s unopposed motion, we extended the abatement until March 21, 2017, and directed the parties to file either a status report or a motion to dismiss by that date. Appellant has now filed a second unopposed motion to extend the abatement period, informing the Court that the suit is proceeding but that a final judgment has not yet been signed. We grant appellant’s unopposed motion and abate this appeal until further order of this Court. We direct the parties to file either a status report or a motion to dismiss the appeal by July 21, 2017.
