Texas Commission on Law Enforcement and Kim Vickers, in his Official Capacity, as Executive Director, Appellees FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, 250TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT NO. D-1-GN-16-001538, HONORABLE STEPHEN YELENOSKY, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant Constable John Joslin has filed an unopposed motion to dismiss this appeal. According to Joslin, his petition for judicial review of a decision made by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement was inadvertently interpreted as a notice of appeal, see Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). __________________________________________ Scott K. Field, Justice Before Justices Puryear, Pemberton, and Field Dismissed on Appellant’s Motion Filed: August 19, 2016
