Weber’s filing fee for this appeal is past due. In a letter dated September 1, 2021, the Clerk of this Court warned Weber that her appeal would be presented to the Court for dismissal if the fee was not paid within 10 days from the date of the letter. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(c). More than 10 days have passed, and we have not received the fee, or any communication, from Weber. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
