OPINION

Appellants and Appellees have each filed a motion to dismiss this appeal because the parties have settled their dispute. The settlement agreement is attached to the Appellees motion. Under Rule 42.1(a)(1), this appeal can be dismissed in accordance with an agreement signed by all parties or their attorneys and filed with the clerk. Id. 42.1(a)(1). The settlement agreement is signed by all parties. It also states that each party will bear its own costs and attorney s fees. Therefore, this cause is dismissed with costs taxed against the party incurring them.
