This appeal was perfected from a judgment signed on April 24, 1991. A motion for a new trial was filed and was overruled by operation of law on July 8, 1991. On August 7, within the court's plenary power, an order was entered granting a new trial, thus depriving this court of jurisdiction.

By motion, Appellant requests that the appeal be dismissed. The motion is granted. the appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
