ORDER
On April 4, 2003 appellant filed a Motion to Compel the State to File, Process and
Respond to Appellant’s Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus, to Stop Denying Appellant
Access to the Courts and Justice. Mandate was issued in this cause on February 21, 2002.
Therefore, this Court lacks jurisdiction to consider this motion. This motion is dismissed
for want of jurisdiction.
