Relator also filed a motion for stay, which this court granted in part on February 25, 2020. On March 11, 2020, the real party in interest filed a response. On April 13, 2020, the trial court signed a final judgment in the underlying case. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
