PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

Kelly Jean Cardona has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's failure to rule on speedy trial motions in the underlying criminal cases. A party seeking mandamus relief must file a record with the petition. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(j); 52.7(a). Cardona has failed to do so. Accordingly, the petition is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).
