On August 30, 2007, relators filed a petition for a writ of mandamus. On October 8, 2007, relators filed a motion to dismiss their mandamus petition. The court has determined the motion to dismiss should be granted. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). Accordingly, relators' petition for a writ of mandamus is dismissed.

However, the challenged order was signed by the Honorable Peter A. Sakai, presiding judge of the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas.
