PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

Gene Buentello has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of various issues in the underlying proceeding. A party seeking mandamus relief must file a suitable record with his petition. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(j); 52.7(a). Buentello has failed to do so. Accordingly, the petition is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Buentello's motion for leave to file the petition is denied as moot.
