Delivered and Filed: December 17, 2003
PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
On December 1, 2003, relator, James Maldonado, filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus alleging the trial court had abused her discretion in failing to rule on his post-conviction Motion for Production of Trial Records. This court has considered relator's petition for writ of mandamus and has determined relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).
The clerk of the court is directed to transmit a copy of this opinion to the attorneys of record, the trial court judge, and the trial court clerk.
