Rudolfo Anger ("Anger") appealed his conviction for delivery of a controlled substance measuring one gram or more but less than four grams. Anger was sentenced to five years incarceration in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. On September 24, 2003 Anger filed a motion to withdraw his appeal. The motion is signed by Anger. The motion is granted and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a).
