FROST BANK, Appellee On Appeal from the 113th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2014-48702 MEMORANDUM OPINION This is an appeal from a judgment signed December 15, 2014. On February 8, 2018, appellants filed a “Motion to Dismiss Appeal and Vacate Judgment Below.” The next day, appellants filed their “Supplement to Motion to Dismiss Appeal.” While the above motion and supplement were pending, appellants filed on February 13, 2018, an “Amended Motion to Dismiss Appeal.” See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. We GRANT the Amended Motion to Dismiss Appeal. Appellants’ “Motion to Dismiss Appeal and Vacate Judgment Below,” and “Supplement to Motion to Dismiss Appeal,” are denied as moot.
