Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Memorandum Opinion filed December 22, 2017. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-17-00995-CV IN RE DYSON ENERGY GROUP, LLC, Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 21st District Court Washington County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 36312 MEMORANDUM OPINION On December 22, 2017, relator Dyson Energy Group, LLC filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West Supp. 2017); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Reva Towslee-Corbett, presiding judge of the 21st District Court of Washington County, to vacate her December 14, 2017 order granting the motion to compel discovery filed by real parties in interest. Relator has not established that it is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. We also deny relator’s motion for temporary relief. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Chief Justice Frost and Justices Busby and Wise. 2
