On July 31, 2017, appellant James S. Watson filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. Clef Construction, Inc. also filed a motion to dismiss this appeal. Our records indicate that Clef Construction has not filed a notice of appeal in this appeal. Watson’s motion is granted. We take no action on Clef Construction’s motion. The appeal is dismissed. Watson and Clef Construction are appellants in a companion case to this appeal: No. 14-16-00875-CV, James S. Watson and Clef Construction, Inc. v. CCV Holdings, LLC.
