Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied and Memorandum Opinion filed October 3, 2016. In The Fourteenth Court of Appeals NO. 14-16-00783-CV IN RE OLIVER B. FERGUSON, Relator ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS County Court at Law No. 1 Fort Bend County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 16-CPR-029415 MEMORANDUM OPINION On September 30, 2016, relator Oliver B. Ferguson filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Christopher G. Morales, presiding judge of County Court at Law No. 1 of Fort Bend County, to set aside his September 22, 2016 orders (1) granting real party in interest’s petition for temporary injunction; and (2) denying relator’s special appearance, plea in abatement, plea to the jurisdiction, and motion for continuance. Relator has not shown that he is entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. We also deny relator’s motion for temporary relief. PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Boyce, Christopher, and Jamison. 2
