Opinion issued March 3, 2022 In The Court of Appeals For The First District of Texas ———————————— NO. 01-21-00688-CV ——————————— IN RE AT&T SERVICES, INC., SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY D/B/A AT&T TEXAS, AND AT&T, INC., Relators Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus MEMORANDUM OPINION On December 9, 2021, relators, AT&T Services, Inc., Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Texas, and AT&T, Inc., filed a petition for writ of mandamus, seeking to have this Court reverse the trial court’s order that granted discovery of net-worth information.1 On February 10, 2022, relators notified this 1 The underlying case is Juan Carlos Ochoa Gonzalez, as Representative of the Estate of Rigoberto Ochoa and Iracema Chavez, as Next Friend of G.O., a Minor Child v.
