THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee On Appeal from the 178th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case Nos. 1571967, 1619350, & 1634232 MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant, Jonathan Xavier Estupinan, timely filed notice of appeal from the trial court’s July 19, 2021 final judgments in trial court cause numbers 1571967, 1619350, and 1634232. Appellant has filed motions to withdraw each of his appeals, representing that he “no longer desires to prosecute” his appeals. Appellant and his attorney have signed the motions, and this Court has not issued a decision in the appeals. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a). Further, more than ten days have passed, and the State has not expressed opposition to appellant’s motions. See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.3(a)(2). Accordingly, we grant appellant’s motions and dismiss the appeals. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a), 43.2(f). We dismiss any other pending motions as moot.
