PEGUES, Relator Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator, Jason T. Pegues, seeks mandamus relief to compel the trial court to rule on his motion for forensic DNA testing.1 Pegues has also filed a motion for temporary relief. 1 The underlying case is The State of Texas v. Jason Tyrone Pegues, cause number 94-DCR-026185, pending in the 240th District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas, the Honorable Chad Bridges, presiding. On March 28, 2016, the trial court ruled on Pegues’ motion for DNA testing. Accordingly, we deny the petition. All pending motions are dismissed as moot.
