AFFIRMED and Opinion Filed October 27, 2021 In the Court of Appeals Fifth District of Texas at Dallas No. 05-20-00923-CR No. 05-20-00924-CR TRENT AARON SELVAGE, Appellant V. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. 296-81230-2020, 296-81231-2020 MEMORANDUM OPINION Before Justices Myers, Partida-Kipness, and Carlyle Opinion by Justice Carlyle Trent Aaron Selvage waived a jury and entered guilty pleas on charges of burglary of a habitation and injury to an elderly person. The trial court found him guilty of both charges and sentenced him to ten years’ imprisonment in each case, to run concurrently. Mr. Selvage’s attorney has filed briefs under Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), concluding that Mr. Selvage’s appeals are wholly frivolous and without merit. Counsel appears to have delivered copies of the briefs to Mr. Selvage, and we advised him of his right to file a pro se response, which he did not do. See Kelly v. State, 436 S.W.3d 313, 319–21 (Tex. Crim. App. 2014). Having reviewed the record and counsel’s briefs, see Bledsoe v. State, 178 S.W.3d 824, 826–27 (Tex. Crim. App. 2005), we agree that any issues raised in the appeals would be frivolous and without merit, having found nothing in the record that might arguably support them. We affirm the trial court’s judgments. 200923f.u05 /Cory L. Carlyle// CORY L. CARLYLE JUSTICE 200924f.u05 Do Not Publish TEX. R. APP.
