F-1253672-U, F-1254454-U, and F-1254455-U MEMORANDUM OPINION Before Justices Lang, Myers, and Whitehill Opinion by Justice Lang Before the Court is relator’s February 21, 2018 petition writ of mandamus in which relator asks this Court to direct the trial court to rule on relator’s “Motion to Request the Trial Court to Rescind Three Orders to Withdraw Funds From the Inmate’s Trust-Fund Account,” which was filed on April 17, 2017. We requested a response to the petition. The State’s response shows that the trial court denied relator’s motion by written order dated March 20, 2018.
