MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Bridges, Francis, and Lang
By letter dated August 4, 2010, the Court directed appellants to pay the $175 filing fee for the appeal within ten days. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). To date, appellants have neither paid the filing fee nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. We dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
