MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices FitzGerald, Murphy, and Fillmore
On March 27, 2003, we abated the appeal upon appellants' filing of bankruptcy. In response to our inquiry regarding the status of the bankruptcy proceedings, we received a letter from appellants' counsel stating the bankruptcy proceeding has been dismissed and the debts subject of this appeal have been discharged. Accordingly, we will dismiss the appeal. See Klein v. Hernandez, 315 S.W.3d 1, 3-4 (Tex. 2010).
