MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Chief Justice Thomas and Justices Bridges and FitzGerald
On October 6, 2008, an associate judge entered an order in the above case and appellant filed a notice of appeal to the 336th Judicial District Court of Grayson County. The notice of appeal was submitted to this Court. We asked the parties to file letter briefs addressing our jurisdiction over the appeal. Neither party responded.
Because the record before the Court clearly shows appellant was seeking review of the associate judge's order by the 336th Judicial District Court and not this Court, and there is no final judgment, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. See generally Lehmann v. Har-Con Corp., 39 S.W.3d 191, 195 (Tex. 2001); Ruiz v. Ruiz, 946 S.W.2d 123, 124 (Tex. App.-El Paso 1997, no writ).
