(TC# 16-0555-C425) § MEMORANDUM OPINION Pending before the Court is an agreed motion to render judgment effectuating the parties’ settlement agreement. See TEX.R.APP.P. 42.1(a)(2)(A). The motion is granted. In accordance with the parties’ settlement agreement, we render judgment that the sanctions paid by Appellant, Hardev Patel, fully satisfy the sanctions ordered against him, and that all sanctions and monetary awards to date against Mr. Patel’s attorney, Michael Howell, and his law firm, West Short & Howell, PLLC f/k/a West Short & Associates, PC, are vacated and shall not be revisited by the trial court.
