IN THE SUPREME COURT OF PENNSYLVANIA IN RE: REESTABLISHMENT OF THE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICTS WITHIN THE 2nd JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA : : : : NO. 520 MAGISTERIAL RULES DOCKET ORDER PER CURIAM AND NOW, this 4th day of November 2022, upon consideration of the Petition to Reestablish the Magisterial Districts of the 2nd Judicial District (Lancaster County) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that the Petition, which provides for the realignment of Magisterial Districts 02-1-01 and 02-2-02, to be effective January 1, 2024; and that the reestablishment of all remaining Magisterial Districts as they currently exist, to be effective immediately, is granted.
