On June 30, 2014, Plaintiffs filed their appeal challenging the real market value of property identified as Account 14170 for the 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14 tax years. (Ptfs Compl at 1.) On July 10, 2014, Defendant filed an Answer and Motion to Dismiss. On August 1, 2014, the court issued an Order denying Defendant s Motion to Dismiss. That Order is incorporated herein. Because the parties are in agreement, this case is ready for decision. Now, therefore, IT IS THE DECISION OF THIS COURT that Defendant s Motion to Dismiss is denied.
