At the case management conference held September 10, 2007, Plaintiff agreed to either request a trial or withdraw her appeal by September 28, 2007. On October 1, 2007, court staff attempted to reach Plaintiff by telephone, but was informed that the number provided by Plaintiff had been disconnected. On October 2, 2007, the court sent Plaintiff a letter, stating it was unclear if Plaintiff intended to pursue her appeal. That letter was not returned as undeliverable. The letter advised that if Plaintiff did not respond by October 15, 2007, the court would dismiss the appeal.
