On May 5, 2005, Plaintiffs left a voice mail message with the court stating they wanted to withdraw their case. On May 12, 2005, the court returned their call asking them to put their request to withdraw the appeal in writing. Because Plaintiffs failed to respond to the court s request, the court scheduled a case management conference for Monday, June 27, 2005. The purpose of the telephone conference was to confirm that Plaintiffs wanted the court to dismiss their appeal. Plaintiffs failed to appear.
