On August 27, 2003, Plaintiff filed her Complaint challenging Defendant's Notice of Refund Allocation for the 2002 tax year. After reviewing Plaintiff's appeal Defendant agrees to provide Plaintiff with the relief requested. Because the parties are in agreement, the case is ready for judgment. Now, therefore, IT IS ADJUDGED as follows: For tax year 2002, Defendant shall revise its Notice of Refund Allocation, dated May 1, 2003, to reflect a refund due of $1,561 with statutory interest.
