On November 5, 2002, Defendant filed its Answer stating it is in agreement with Plaintiff's requested relief. Because the parties are in agreement, the case is ready for decision. Now, therefore, IT IS THE DECISION OF THIS COURT that Defendant agreed Plaintiff is qualified to receive the Oregon War Veteran's Property Tax Exemption (ORS 307.250) for tax year 20022003. IT IS FURTHER DECIDED that Defendant shall correct the assessment and tax rolls to reflect the above decision.1 Any refund due following this correction shall be promptly paid with statutory interest pursuant to ORS 311.806 and ORS 311.812.
