IN THE OREGON TAX COURT MAGISTRATE DIVISION Property Tax WILBURN HARRISON QUERRY, Plaintiff, v. COOS COUNTY ASSESSOR, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) No. 020691F DECISION OF STIPULATION This matter is before the court upon the oral stipulation of the parties made at the case management conference on July 2, 2002. Because the parties are in agreement, the case is ready for decision. Now, therefore, IT IS THE DECISION OF THIS COURT that this matter shall be converted to a standard case with the additional filing fee waived. IT IS FURTHER DECIDED that, as stipulated for the 2001-02 tax year, Plaintiff qualifies for the disabled veteran partial exemption. See ORS 307.250 to ORS 307.300. IT IS FURTHER DECIDED that the county shall correct the assessment and tax rolls to reflect the above.
